If the driver whose car you are towing or repairing did not cause the crash, a like-for-like replacement vehicle and the repair are generally recoverable from the at-fault insurer. One call sets it up, and it costs your customer nothing to ask.

What we need from the driver

Two minutes of detail is enough to open the claim. No forms for your team to fill in.

We confirm fault and cover

We take the crash details, check whose fault it looks to be, identify the at-fault insurer and put the basis in writing before anything moves.

A like-for-like car is arranged

Same-day where a suitable vehicle is available, delivered to your workshop or to the driver, so the repair is not held up.

We recover the cost

Hire and repair are recovered from the at-fault side. Your customer is not out of pocket, and your bay keeps the job.

What it costs, and what we do not do

  • No cost to the driver to ask, and no contract for your business to try it
  • We only take claims where someone else caused the crash. If it is not one, we say so on the call and send the driver back to you
  • We coordinate the claim — we are not lawyers, an insurer or a law firm, and outcomes depend on the circumstances of each claim
  • For trucks we coordinate repair, assess fair value and recover cost. We do not supply replacement prime movers or semi trailers
  • We never approach drivers at a crash scene or in hospital, and we never cold-call an injured person
